How to take 10046 trace for a Session?
1. Get the SID from the user?
2. Get the OS Process ID (SPID) from v$session.
3. Use following commands as / as sysdba
oradebug setospid 420
oradebug unlimit
oradebug EVENT 10046 trace name context forever, level 12
oradebug tracefile_name
oradebug event 10046 trace name context off
